So when i stop suspects on foot or vehicle and talk to them, I realize that when i attempt to click on an option on the menu to continue the conversation (using my right click of my mouse), my character is forced to punch or kick the car. Is this a known issue?

 

For the "gun holstering" issue, there are times when my character puts one of his hands on the gun holster and stays in that position regardless of me changing the weapon & aiming and shooting.

I am not using any other mods except LSPDFR itself and installed it automatically from the start. Version of Ragehook plugin is the latest one as of right now and lspdfr version is 0.3.1 (again the latest one). My gta v game is also up to date to the latest version

 

 

For the first issue, you should check your keybindings in GTAV settings, for the second issue try reinstalling Cop Holster completly

Already did the first solution and it fixed the problem

 

I am not using any cop holstering mods just the base lspdfr one

Oh really? Is there something by default that lets you put your hand on your holster? I tought only CopHolster let you do that.

I believe that happens after you greet the suspect (without Traffic Policer)

Ohhh yeah I know that, I tought you mean you pressed a key to do that, I saw that issue today in a video of FirstThirtyMinutes. I really have no clue how to fix this, sorry
