AI police weapon component modification

Featured Replies

I want to have all the officers to have flash light on their pistol and scope on their carbine. So I go to modify the loadouts.meta (at mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai). So far I have successfully make every officers and SWAT unit to equip flash light on their pistol AND carbine however, I cannot have them to equip scope on their carbine ONLY no matter what I change in the loadouts.meta file. So what happen to the loadouts.meta file? Any way I can work that around?

I added the following lines into the loadouts.meta file and only flash light can be equipped on AI's carbine.

          <WeaponName>WEAPON_CARBINERIFLE</WeaponName>
          <Ammo value="200" />
          <Flags />
          <ComponentNames>

COMPONENT_AT_AR_FLSH
                      <<<<(appear on AI's carbine)

COMPONENT_AT_SCOPE_MEDIUM
       <<<<(NOT appear on AI's carbine)

COMPONENT_AT_AR_AFGRIP
                 <<<<(NOT appear on AI's carbine)
            </ComponentNames>
