The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi guys, it has been a long time since I started playing LSPD and its mods. So I know that sometimes ELS doesn't work due to the Asi Loader managed with OPENIV. But this time I've tried 4 times to uninstall and install it , and it still doesn't work. What can be the problem?

Ok, the problem is very strange. Because this night I spawned 3 vehicles, 2 els enabled and a standard. The els are the Higway Patrol Dodge and the Federal Tahoe. The Crown is the default in-game car, which isn't els enabled. In the emage below you can see that the only one whose lights works correctly is the cv.
