Same FPS with low and high graphics settings (LSPDFR)

Featured Replies

Hello everyone! Can't you help me with one thing? I have got one really stupid problem, name of this stupid problem is low fps. I tried to fix this problem by changing graphics settings to low (since i was playing with high settings and i had 30-45 fps in town on duty), i changed them and i matched that fps was same 30-45 (-+ 3). Is it normal? I'm asking because i've read some topics about perfomance and a lot of people just changed graphics settings and fps changed.

Thx for reading this, maybe for answering.

Sorry for my bad english, i'm russian)
