After the update, there was an infinite loading screen. The message on screen are "loaded blablabla"  and just keep going on forever.

Keep going and going...

I tried to delete the rockstar games file in documents and appdata folder, but sadly that won't work...

And when I tried to start the game via steam, it crashes; with RPH it was that infinite loading screen

Is there anything I can do at this point?

You have to copy the new update.rpf to your mods folder, if that doesn't work try naming your mods folder like 'mods1' and then start the game, if that works your mods folder is the problem. The last thing you can do is reversing your game version, good luck!

I rolled back to the last version and everything start working again hahaha still thanks for the answer man!

Oh okay, maybe you had something that didn't work with the latest patch then, hope it will work when you upgrade one day!
