The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

What is the file destination for these files? (I'm new to LCPDFR)

So I don't have an issues as far as the models aren't working, I just want to know where to place the files, I downloaded some Florida HP Chargers in particular these models

(I hope throwing this link in isn't breaking any rules)

Most files i download tell me how to install and where to put the files but this one doesn't have a video and I can't find a video for it.

I've been using Albo1125's way of installing vehicles. You install them the same way every time and don't have to worry about getting them in the correct place. Plus, you can name them what you want and can have unlimited vehicles. There is a small bit of coding you have to do, but he includes the base files and he has videos on how to do it all step by step. The readme is very useful as well.

One thing I noticed, as I'm new to this myself, is that once you spawn the vehicles, you need to wash them. They always spawn dirty.
