The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Since I had updated my game it doesn't start anymore. It stucks in the screen "Loading Storymode with RAGE Plugin Hook". What can I do to fix this??

If you still have the mods folder from the previous version installed, you must delete it and reinstall it new again. With reinstalling  I don`t mean drag and dropping it again in the game folder. You really need  to install it new again. I had the same issue. I hope I could help you.
