Help please

So a few days ago i installed lspdfr and it worked fine, i installed assorted callouts and traffic cop too, Still worked well. I installed Basic Call outs and Arrest manager and that's when it all started. every time  i opened rage to launch the game, GTA would just black screen and crash. It happened in vanilla too, so i uninstalled the mods and it still did it. So then i uninstalled the game and its still crashing, but if i wait like 15 seconds vanilla will work but lspdfr still isn't working at all, and also launching the game makes my steam unresponsive for a few seconds too. please help, thank in advance
