Creating skins for police vehicles.

Hi guys and girls, I would like top design my own skins for police vehicles but I don't know what/where to start, any help would be much appreciated from anyone, thank you in advance.

Hello everyone, I am currently designing my own Emergency Service Vehicles. Please take the time to have a look at my work, and if you like what you see, don't hesitate to download any of them.

    You'd need Paint, GIMP, or Photoshop first.  Next, download the vehicle and look for the template.  Not all vehicles have one, though.  Now you open that template in your editing program and begin making it.

    how do i then add it to the car and put it on fivem? bare in mind i don't own a server

    You won't be able to use it in fivem if it's not your server or you're not a developer with access.  You'd only be able to use it in single player.
