Hi please can someone help, still new to mods.

After downloading some really cool looking mods the instructions ask me to go to

\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

The only folder I have in \mods\update is X64 am I missing another item I need to install first. I am on Win 10 and just installed openIV  and using Steam

Any help is very welcome 🙂

Go into the vanilla update folder, navigate to common-->data, and click "edit mode".  You should see a red box which says to create this path in the mods folder.
