Hello, 

Every time I try to edit and allow lspdfr to load in some of my add on cars, no backup ever even appears. I have triple checked the xml file and everything looks good. Here is what one of the sections looks like. Police 7 is one of my add on vehicles.

                    <Vehicle>police7</Vehicle>

                    <Ped comp_shirt="1" comp_decals="1" comp_pants="1" helmet="False">s_m_y_hwaycop_01</Ped>
                </Peds>
                <NumPeds min="1" max="2" />
            </VehicleSet>
        </LosSantosCity>

 

*Note I did delete the "policeb" section of the xml because I do not like the police bikes. However, I did try and use my add on cars with the policeb still there and it was the same problem; no backup of any kind would spawn in. 

Do you have "Police Ignore Player" & "Everyone Ignores Player" disabled in all of your trainers? That screwed crap up for me.

More than likely you deleted more than you needed to.  When backup doesn't spawn after editing the backup.xml, it means the XML is broke.  I'd triple check that everything has proper opening and closing tags.

I tried without deleting anything and the same thing happened. I also decided to do one add one vehicle at a time and even adding "sheriff2" to the backup for Los Santos county didnt work. I think it could be my game maybe.
