The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

What If I want to play as a story mode character? I already have the modded police outfit set up, and I know ForceDuty is a thing. But how do I use the LSPD assortment of weapons? I don't have a fire extinguisher and switching between handguns would be a hassle, solutions?

Use the trainer to remove all weapons, then give yourself the guns you want.
