The police slot vehicles are not working. I can spawn it and press J twice and turn the lights on and it works fine. But when I go code 3 that green blob surrounds the car and flashes. I don't even turn on the siren and it does it. It happens to the A.I police too. I tried using different vehicle models sometimes it does it sometimes it does not. But it is only the police slots. Sheriff and everything works fine. I can't figure it out. I have spawned them through the rage trainer, the simple trainer and the actual station and it does it. Thanks!

    Then something is still being done incorrectly.  I just had Walter's NYPD pack installed yesterday and the pack was working fine other than severe texture loss.
