The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Just started getting back into LSPDFR, however RAGE crashes when loading up every time when scripthookv is installed but loads up fine when I take scripthook out ( no scripts work though). Ive made sure ive got the newest version and everything. Anybody having this issue or can someone help me out please, thanks!
