New car and AI Jurisdiction

Featured Replies

So last night I found another awesome vehicle mod with my favorite light bar on:

I know GTA V have limited slots for cars and I really want to keep all of my existing police vehicles. I check the downloaded and checked the files, seems like they are meant to replace two of the existing cars? So how to change this replacement pack into a stand-alone add-on?

Also, if I can add this into my game without replacing anything else, is there any possible way for the AI in Paleto Bay area will spawn into this car both on backup and random patrol and for Paleto Bay only?

Sorry if this is hard to understand...

Hi

So to make them standalone cars in their own slots (for example pb1 & pb2), you need to add them to a DLC. I've personally taken 7 months to figure out how to do this partially correctly.

I personally recommend this tutorial below to do what you want:

Again it's hard to nail, but as long as you use the correct carvariations and vehicles.meta, you should be A okay!

Also, at this point there's no way to have the cars spawn in a certain jurisdiction such as PB, but if I'm correct, that's coming to LSPDFR 0.4

I'm just getting tired of every time I requested back up in Paleto Bay and the Blane county unit shows up for help. But still thanks for the answer man! Hopefully they can separate Blane county and  Paleto Bay into two jurisdictions.

You should check your backup.xml.  You can remove/add whatever vehicles you want to respond.  If you want only Paleto Bay units, you can do that.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

No, I mean for now is there any way possible for Paleto Bay unit only show up at Paleto Bay, Blane county unit at Blane county?

Ahh, I also wish there are LSIA and port authority unit and jurisdiction.  But is that gonna be too hard for GTA V to achieve?

Sorry if I'm asking too much and really thanks for the help!
