The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ive been searching high and low and i havent came across anything, I want the AI "Officers" to use a certain car most of the time as i see they come in on police 3 I believe, But I would like them to use Police1, Where can I find this option to change?

If you're using the LSPDFR mod, you should be able to change what cars respond in the city, county, etc by editing the backup.xml in the LSPDFR folder.

You could use the backup.xml like realtjennings suggested for backup calls or use this script which is absolutely awesome and fully customizable.
