I'm completely new to emergency lights in zmodeler 3 and do not how to make them work NON ELS and ELS.

What do you mean?

You can't make them both work at the same time. You would have to make two different models, one for ELS and one for NON ELS

There's a bunch of videos on this but they're mostly wrong

Look at the part map for ELS

Still, search "how to make an els car in Zmodeler 3" on youtube and you can look at them

I've seen many videos about making ELS vehicles but, they usually only address the light bar.

Well what are you looking to do ELS for?

The lights other than the lightbar, like Soundoff Intersector Surface Mount

You would have to attach the lightemissive of the surface mount to the correct lightemissive on the lightbar

Same thing, just attach it to the closest ELS mesh

How do I get an ELS Mesh if there is no lightbar?

There should be an ELS mesh that comes with the module. AKA lightemissive
