The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

so, i play with LSPDFR the newest version, and everything works but callouts. Whenever a callout occures, it crashes my game even if I ignore it or answer it.

After knowing that it crashes, I got "Assorted Callouts" and it still crashes, if anyone can help me, that'd be lovely

Must of added it in the wrong place or you've got conflicting files. try removing it, if it still crashes then follow a tutorial to the T to make sure you're adding it correctly.
