The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I am having problems with Computer + when I open it and try to login my mouse pointer moves all over the place. The only way I can get back out of it is by ctrl+alt+delete. And completely close out of the game. Ive tried reinstalling the mod and have the same problem. Any suggestions would be fantastic. Thanks
