.asi files wont load

[RCTYOGO 0]

So far I have downloaded PLD, ELS, and a Speedometer(LeFixSpeedo) but none of the .asi files are loading for me(according to the asiloader log).

I've already downloaded Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio and Microsoft .NET Framework, I've made sure I correctly installed all of them and I made sure they're all working.
