How do I change which game file I want to launch I want to play online but heard I will get banned for the mods I have a clean file

have backups to put it simply. so whichever gta v directory you're modding keep that named at 'grand theft auto V'

 

for online just rename a copy to 'grand theft auto V online' that way you won't ever try to go online with modded files.
