Game Crash

I installed a lot of mods from jeff favignano and when i finished installing all of em, i tried to play the game through RPH.

Actually the GTA launches, says is loading story mode with RPH, and from that point is crashing.

I think there are some mods installed wrong, but how do i find out what's that mod?
