NEED HELP WITH RAGE HOOK

I installed GTA 5 LSPDFR and Ragehook like the instructions said on this website. I even put in the Scripthook V and Scripthook.NET. But when it gets to the screen where there are sirens and the 5 stars show up on the upper right, ragehook says there is a slow system or antivirus and then doesn't hook. The game ends up starting without the ragehook. I stopped any antivirus and I have the proper system req. Can someone help me?

try going into your task manager and closing down programs, giving that error it might be background stuff using alot so it's slowing down that loadup.

 

try closing down steam/restarting computer too, what system specs do you have?
