The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have read the instructions for the San Andreas Law Enforcement MEGA PACK (4k) 2.1 BETA almost 15 times and still dont understand how to do it im still new at both LSPDFR and modding it so if anyone could tell where to go or speak to anyone to help me with this i really like this mod and wish to have

follow albo's mod tutorials on youtube, it helped me alot when i was new and adding stuff.

 

I highly reccomend watching all of the how to series and downloading his modding dlc pack to make it easier to add vehicles,weapons ect ingame.
