so my problem is that whenever i load the lspdfr plugin it crashes no matter if i load it manualy or automaticaly. and if it does not crash on startup then i can not see any badges on the map and i can not go on duty. i have tried to load the plugin manually while in the game but when i press the menu key the game freezes until i press it again

First I would go back and make sure everything is installed where it needs to be.  As simple as it sounds sometimes files are put in wrong places.  Also of you want to upload screenshots of your directories you can do that also for starters.

i installed the lspdfr installer so everything should be in place and the lspdfr.dll and .pdb is in the plugin folder

Upload a pic of the GTA V directory.

Did you make sure you updated RPH?

I believe the Version that comes with LSPDFR install is out of date, from what I can remember.

Never mind I just checked and the current one is in the manual version not sure of the automatic.

Go to RagePlugin Settings (Settings Wheel When Starting) Game Settings......Command Line Switches, check "Force Windowed Mode" and Force DirectX11 then save and launch it.  You can re enter Full Screen in game.  It worked for me when I first was starting out hopefully this is your problem as well.
