Plugins issue.

Hey guys I’m new to modding on GTA and I’m alittle stuck here idk what I did wrong or anything but here’s my problem. I have downloaded Ragehook, scripthookIV and scripthookv.dot 

well when I download the plugins for LSPDFR and follow kane jr. videos I noticed that in my Plugins folder I don’t have the LSPDFR folder so, I figured meh it’s in a new update or something, so I just throw the LSPDFR plugin files in the plugins folder and go over to rage hook to activate them. I activate them and go into game and the plugins don’t work. Is this because my plugins folder doesn’t have a LSPDFR folder? Or some other reason? Keep in mind I’m using the mods provided in Kane’s videos, via arrest manager, police trafficker, etc. the only plugin I’m aware that is working is the police holster. The ones that aren’t working are. Arrest manager, assorted callouts, hero cop, police trafficker LSPDFR+ and the computer+. If someone could help me through this that would be great.
