I know there is Hurk’s 2015 Tahoe in the DEV download section, but does anyone  knows if there is a dev version of the newer model Tahoe that’s been used of vehicle packs by creators like “thegreathah” and “Gump’s” recent K9 pack? Been wanting to do more car packs, but only want to use this style Tahoe as it is most accurate.

It looks like both Gump and TheGreatHah use that model with some modifications done by TheGreatHah and Carface. Your best chance to get that model is to ask TheGreatHah directly. Since it looks like you've done some modeling already, you can use that to your benefit.
