Rage Plugin or its dependencies might be blocked

Hello,

I've recently installed LSPDFR, however, every time I try to start the game (using the plugin of course), this message pops up telling me "Rage Plugin has detected that the following files might be blocked by Windows, blocked files may cause crashes or other malfunctions, do you want Rage Plugin to unblock these files?"
 

Now, I'm fairly sure this is obstructing the mod as when I go in-game, I am unable to see police station locations or even join any law enforcement agency.

I was wondering whether or not I should allow Rage Plugin to unblock these files, and if so what risks does this action carry?
