The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Lights And Sirens Wont Work! Also ELS Panel Wont Open ;(

Problem N* 1 -  I downloaded ELS watching kane jr's video and did everything right step by step, tried it out it worked fine but the next day the CTRL P menu wont open and when i press E the sirens dont work. might be related to the problem below

 

Problem N* 2 - I downloaded a car pack and installed the marked charger, its drives/looks just fine, apart from the lights and sirens do not work. Yes i dragged the VCF File into ELS>Pack Default

not sure if you have figured this out or if someone has helped you. Have you/ did you check to see if you had els locked or key locked? I believe its the scroll lock key on your keyboard and have personally done this myself a couple times and didn't realize it for awhile what the problem was and was so frustrated. I believe at the start of game it will say els locked in small red text in bottom right of your screen
