The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

For some reason RPH only works in windowed mode, when I start in fullscreen mode RPH just vanishes after the game starts and when I try to start it while GTA is already running in full screen I get the insufficient permissions message. I have tried disabling anti-virus, giving full control to all users, developer mode, running as admin and pretty much everything I can think of. This has only happened after I re-installed windows.
