The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I was wondering if any one could help me because im going nuts! With a vanilla GTAV folder it loads fine, then i add in LSPDFR  then ragehook and it just loads forever.

Try moving your SGTA50000 and SGTA50000.bak into a folder on your desktop. So that they won’t be in the game but you’ll have a backup. Found an Asian kid that made a video.
