I see many people have issues in the LCPDFR and LSPDFR sections that require the user to be in contact with an expert to fix. We can have a live chat with an expert feature in which we can directly chat with an expert of LCPDFR or LSPDFR so they help with resolving issues much faster than they can right now. We can reserve this feature for only serious issues.

This would be a nightmare.  We get far too many new posts each day - most of which are repeat issues and repeat answers. A live chat would be the exact same thing day in and day out.  I cannot think of one instance where there'd be a "serious issue" that requires immediate, one on one interaction.  Further, I can already tell you right off the bat no one would be lining up and volunteering to be this live support agent, and if someone was crazy enough to, they wouldn't last more than two days.

 

Looking at your post history, I see you've asked for help regarding LCPDFR/GTA IV.  LCPDFR/IV support has pretty much died.  There's a topic or two which might be answered here and there, but it's rare.

No doubt you've made a good point. After all developers cant be that free to sit there for a chat.
