Are you on windows 10 ?,if that's the case than maybe a system blocked some lspdfr and rage plugin hook files, see if you could unblock then in properties when right clicking on the files,if not then maybe your antivirus is blocking try to disable him and then see if it works. Also are Rage plugin hook working when you launch the game via Rage plugin hook launcher is the logo of RPH appearing when the game loads ?.

RPH logo is appearin but for 2 seconds and begin invisible  and console on F4 is not working i think its something wrong with loading screen when i launch game RPH dont go to story mode at once i must click on it to load story mode

I'm experiencing the same issue. When I launch with RageHook it says that I'm loading LSPDFR, but then it wont load. Instead I come to where I'm able to choose between multiplayer and story mode. And in story mode I cant open the LSPDFR console. I'm altough able to load LSPDFR in safe mode, but maybe as you would see I dont want to do that. So what is the problem? And how do I fix it?

Thanks
