why does rage hook say i have insignificant permissions or bad anti virus

whenever i launch rage hook it says it cant load because i apparently have insignificant permissions or bad anti virus 

 

anyone know whats wrong

Ok so as far as I understand you're talking about LSPDFR and GTA V right? Ragehook is at times blocked by some anti virus. If you have MCAffee turn off its 'real time scanning'. If you have another antivirus, google how to stop the antivirus from blocking safe files. Once done, launch the game from the plugin's .exe file and you'll be good to go.
