My EUP fucked up, I decided to try to uninstall and I couldn't find the XML file stated  in the ReadMe, I tried reinstalling Law and Order manually, and by the OIV, EUP still doesn't detect Law and Order, I did try to reinstall the menu and the install the OIV and manual again, didn't fix the problem.
