Alright so this is a problem with all my vehicles in this pack (All other vehicles work perfectly)

I am using BradM's [ELS] San Andreas State Police Vehicle Pack and another pack for liveries. 

 

I have changed the Diffuse Tint in vehicles.meta but here it is for proof. (Includes the ENTIRE vehicles.meta.)

I also went in and made the windows texture in OpenIV transparent rather than having a small amount of tint, still didnt work.

 

Also a screenshot of what I am talking about. 

 

Cleaning the vehicle, changing tint in menu does not work, trust me I have tried.
