The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I follow the procedure to install the car (in my case the dodge charger) and it will, every time, spawn with this texture. some colors it will change into include, purple, white, black, and black and white. (all of these have a chrome interior) if you can help in any way shape or form PLEASE DO!
