Subtitles missing

My subtitles keeps disappearing after I go on duty and start patrolling(Sometimes I can do 1 and after that they disappear). I cant talk with other officers on the scene and its pretty annoying. plz help and sorry for my bad english Im from Finland

It tells you how to talk to them it is usually Y.

I mean it does speak to them but it doesnt show subtitles as it should...

Reinstall the callouts that allow you to talk to police.
