Do a clean install of OJCallouts.

Hey man! Have you made sure all your mods are compatible with RPH? Also make sure that you have the latest version of RPH and LSPDFR? Also if that does not work uninstall all mods, vehicles, callouts and see if that works just with LSPDFR and RPH. If this does not work I can't help you anymore. -Kemplar

Re-download them from the site and install them like new. If anything prompts you to replace, allow it to replace.
