[Request] Create own models/skins

Hello, I'm one of the faction leadesr of one spanish RP server (FiveM), and we're trying to make a good content to have our officers happy.

I was checking your tutorials list, but I only can get information about the cars, I would like to know about the models, create and combinate some of them.

I'm trying to investigate a few about how to create some models for SWAT and Sheriff units in FiveM, but I got nothing. I would like if you can share me some tutorials or videos and you can help me a few. At least, I would like take some parts of a model (for example, take a vest and a helmet from a swat skin, and make it available to other skin, for example, a Sheriff Skin).
