The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Looks like the issue has something to do with keybinds.  Untick LSPDFR to load on start up and then load in via Rage.  If it loads into the game, try loading LSPDFR.
