Changed screen resolution and crash

So I got a new LG Extra wide screen with resolution of 2560-1080 and now LSPDFR will crash after I say get into a car or change my weapon. All the plugins load fine. I can reopen GTA V in safe mode and play for a bit without any issues.  I'm kind of stuck on this. See my comp stats below, my computer should be able to handle this. I'm sure this is an easy fix but I am hitting a brick wall here. I have already gone through my plugins and removed all then ran the game again to the same avail. Sometimes the load screen will just be all black, but I can hear the game in the background.. .super stuck here.
