The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm first time trying to install the LCPDFR mod. I have followed a dozen or so tutorials with no success. 

 

Basically, I keep getting the "infinite" loading screen when Rage Hook tries to load "Story mode".
