Looking at your second screenshot, you have the wrong structure.  You should have  Plugins-->LSPDFR.  I don't know why you have a second Plugins folder.All of these plugins come with readmes that tell you where to place the files.  OJScenarios and Gang Callouts both go in the Plugins-->LSPDFR folder.

i never had those folders 😞 i created them but that didnt work either. only folder i had was the plugin
