Like the title states, I get a black screen when I enter the game, works on regular GTA V, not ragepluginhook though.

I can hear music about a minute in the black screen, other than that nothing.

Also before I used to get this error:

Check RPH's settings, make sure "enable counter measures against online vehicles" is disabled.

Go into the plugins folder and right click LSPD First Response.dll-->properties.  Unblock, and uncheck read only.

 

Now do the same for LSPD First Response.pdb

If you remove LSPDFR from the plugins folder and load the game with Rage, what happens?

Must be one of the plugins...

Nevermind I think I found the fix...
I set GTA V & GTA V Launcher to run in compatibility mode for windows 7...
