Hey guys. I successfully got rid of the traffic stop errors and now im having CTDs from my 3rd or 4th pursuit after starting 0.95RC2. I do have the trainer 6.4B. otherwise, its the clean install backup im playing on.

My modded install has car mods and S*** so it makes it crash alot more. -- Dont worry about that. Im starting to get tired of modded cars anyways.

I seem to have a crash to desktop, well more like swap to desktop when I do certain things, like pulling people over at times, trying to equip taser or call for something. Sometimes I can get back into the game by pressing on the taskbar icon, but most of the time, it cant respond anymore and I must task manager close the game... most of the time, the swapping occurs with alt + T and alt + N... I think my trainer thats installed maybe causing issue. Its the Simple Native Trainer. alt + N spawns a bike, I disabled key bindings. The fact you dont have a trainer makes it more weird.
