Errors once installed

Featured Replies

Heya! I am new to the whole modding gta stuff, so idk if I have done anything wrong or not. I got gta iv from steam and installed it to my desktop. I followed Jeff Favingano's video on how to install lcpdfr to gta iv. I then had issues getting gta to load for me, so I googled it to see what the issue was. Found out that i need to downgrade gta for it to work. So I did, and then it works with lcpdfr downloaded to the gta folder. But now I get the following errors:

In the top lefthand corner of gta 4, it says "Error in Script 'LCPDFR_Loader.Loader'!" then in the LCPDFR text document it says that the file "AdvancedHook.dll" is not detected or something? I feel like I have done all I know of to have it work, but both the police station does not show up on the map and I cannot force duty in the command thing. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!! (Photos of the issues I have are attatched and in comments if I can post images there)
