Hey guys so I've added quite a few mods to the point where I'm pretty much happy with where I have the game at....however.

I'm not sure at what point this happened or after what mod (or failed mod) but all police related SUVs are game breaking, if they are dispatched there is no one in them and they are driving around by themselves and if I attempt to get into one the game crashes.

Any suggestions as to what I may have screwed up, possibly the SUV models themselves in some way?

And also what I thought would be the easiest to install as I have done many times, the LSPDFR mod is just not working...
It worked ONCE out of my 10 tries, it loaded up GTA up in a small window, the lspdfr info was on the loading screen but soon as the game was about to begin it crashes. Whats weird is after I loaded it again the LSPDFR was not showing again, for some odd reason it only showed up when it loaded up in a weird little windowed mode. Any ideas guys?

Please create a separate topic regarding LSPDFR, as the SUV issue is unrelated.

 

Rename your mods folder to _mods

 

Now go in game and look.  How are the SUVs?  Is there AI, and can you get in them?

Hi thanks for replying and will do!

I renamed the mods folder sadly did not work, saw the SUV very soon after loading up GTA, no one was driving it went to enter it and game crashed 😕

If this is happening even with the mods folder disabled, it hints that the issue may be with your vanilla game.  However, what all scripts do you have?  I don't mean plugins, I mean .asi scripts and scripts in your scripts folder.

There aren't any in the scripts folder?

 

To my knowledge, none of those can cause that.  Although enablempcars I've never used.  Try removing that.  Also, what's LUA.asi?

No actually. No asi files in the scripts folder.

Now. The LUA. From what I can tell its a plugin and when I search it, it is to write your own scripts....I cannot remember why I got it exactly. 

What I will say keeps coming to mind is this Gore mod I installed.

Rather foolishly I thought it was simply a gore mod but it changed a lot and even had its own loading screens and music. A lot of stuff cahnged with this mod.

That is a pretty big possibility, but I honestly can't say for sure.  Your options are to open that file's download, follow the path and revert all files manually, or remake your mods folder.
