The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Recently I've started to get the good ol' disappearing map or drowning in map bug from GTA IV everytime I go on duty, (GTA V is already on high priority on the task manager), It's not any of my cars or peds because it doesn't happen when I'm not on duty, anyone else experiencing it? I don't have time to start with a fresh install 😞

Try removing some of your LSPDFR plugins.
