The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So I tested normal LSDPFR and it works fine. I can open the console with F4 and go and start my duty at a police station. Once I install LSPDFR+ the map still shows the stations but I can no longer start my duty. Also the console (F4) no longer opens. I remove the + files and the regular mod is still left broken; Stations no longer on map and F4 freezes the game and no console pops open (unfreezes when pressing F4 again).

 

I have a batch file setup going so I have a Vanilla and Modded folder with the complete game each if that matters. The GTA V folder is then linked to one of those. I have the NON-STEAM version. When this issue happens I have to delete the mod folder and copy the vanilla back into it start again fresh and reinstall everything to try again >.<

Add back in LSPDFR+. Next, when starting Rage, click the gear icon in the lower left to bring up RPH settings.  Now select "forced windowed mode" and start the game.
